Responsibilities:

1. Assist Sales Directorfor customer visit schedule arrangements, prepare customer visitpresentation/documents, and internal cross functional communication in anefficient and effective way.

2. Assist Sales Directorin monthly report, some documents translation, and all other internal meetingpreparation and arrangements.

3. Sorting, filing andmaintaining the business database and documents including the orders,contracts, payments and the products/ customers information into the businessinformation management system.

4. Involve in someproject quotation and customer relationship maintenance, as the long termcareer development for this position is to become key account manager.

5. Complete anyother work assignments from the sales director.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degreeor above, mechanical and related majors will be a plus.

2. Proficiency in MSoffice software including excels, word, PowerPoint etc.

3. Excellentcommunications skills in both Mandarin and English.

4. 2+ years ofexperience in sales function or bulk materials handling industry will be aplus.

5. A good knowledgeof Logistics in general and import and export specifically.

6. Recognize theneeds for field travel, and recognize the need for prompt response to customers.

7. Could work underpressure and be able to travel abroad anytime.

8. Smart andprofessional in dress and appearance.

9. Detail-oriented,well-organized. Be able to work on own initiative. Ability to handle multipletasks simultaneously.

10. Have the teamspirit, great sense of responsibility and the sense of urgency.
